Nihon Plast always ensure that the products and services we provide are of optimum and pleasing quality to all customers.
We strive to anticipate customer requirements, develop and provide safe, secure, and comfortable products and services, and strive to increase customer trust and satisfaction.
1. Quality Assurance
With the management goal of “No. 1 in Customer Quality Assessment,” Nihon Plast guarantees quality on a global basis, from development to production, with the aim of securing unwavering trust from customers and maximizing corporate value. We are working to achieve zero defects in customer quality. We operate NPGS (NihonPlast Global Standard) as a standardization of strict quality control and management standards, and are expanding the number of QA certified lines.
We are strengthening our activities with our own XX verification as a mechanism to evaluate these operations from a system perspective.

In direct communication with shareholders and investors, we disclose appropriate information (directly or via the Internet) and share with management the opinions, requests, and suggestions of shareholders and investors directly (directly or remotely).
Relationship with Suppliers
We have been asking our suppliers to work together with us by providing them with our Supplier CSR Guidelines in April 2020, which were compiled from the perspective of the social responsibility that companies should assume. However, as environmental issues and other diverse and complex global and global challenges become more serious, the importance of voluntary and proactive corporate efforts to realize a sustainable society is becoming even more important. In light of these circumstances, we have renamed our “Supplier CSR Guidelines” to “Supplier Sustainability Guidelines” and would like to reaffirm and agree with you all on what we should be working on.
We would like to ask our suppliers, our business partners, to continue to understand the purpose of these guidelines and to promote their initiatives, as well as to request their suppliers to do the same.
