New production line planning
Without fail, we verify various information from the process design when it is placed on the line, and reflect back on any differences from the process verification, or additions to the specifications, so we can ensure a process design document that is constantly evolving.
Review of production equipment and mold specifications
We use Moldflow to verify resin inlet settings, which are important for mold design. In parallel, we verify the operation of necessary automated assembly equipment through simulation.
Planning and design of production processes for domestic and overseas plants
With the acceleration of globalization, common vehicle platforms are being produced both domestically and internationally. In order to respond to global production, we are always seeking to provide the same process design, the same equipment, and the same quality to primary and secondary production countries, which are positioned depending on the start of production.
